Address Book

Show entries from the. Changes the display to show entries in the Live Meeting Account Address Book or your Personal Address Book.

Search for contact by.

  • First Name. Full first name of contact or the first few letters of the first name.

  • Last Name. Full last name of contact or the first few letters of the last name.

  • Email Address. Full e-mail address of contact or the first few letters of the e-mail address.

  • Group Name. Full group name or the first few letters of the group name.

Search. Executes a search for a contact.

Page #. Goes to another page of contacts.

Attendee.

  • Add. Adds the corresponding contact to the Attendee List.

Presenter.

  • Add. Adds the corresponding contact to the Presenter List.

Name. Sorts contacts by name.

Address. Sorts contacts by e-mail address.

  • View Members. Opens the member listing for a group entry.

Attendee List. Displays the names of people you have added to your Attendee list from the address book.

Presenter List. Displays the names of people you have added to your Presenter list from the address book.

Remove. Removes the selected name from either the Attendee List or Presenter List.

Submit. Adds the names you have chosen from the address book to the meeting schedule and invitation.

Cancel. Closes the Address Book dialog box without adding any new participants to the meeting.

When you search by Group Name, search results will also display contacts with first names that start with the same letters. You can either look through a potentially longer list to find the group name you are searching for or you can try submitting a new search that includes more of the group name.
