Accessing Reports

The meetings that you have organized and the recordings that you have made, along with your Live Meeting user role, determine the type of reports that are available to you. For example, if you have not yet made any recordings, you will not be able to generate a Recording List report. If your user role is Organizer, you will not be able to generate any Administrator reports.

Meeting Organizers can access the following reports:

  • Meeting List Report. This report lists the meetings and attendance for a given time period.

  • Recording List Report. This report shows the recordings available for a given time period and the number of time each one was viewed.

To access Meeting List Reports or Recording List Reports

  1. On the My Home page, under View, click Reports.

  2. On the View Reports page click the report you would like to view.

  3. On the Meeting List Report page or on the Recording List Report page, under Filter, search for the report by date range.

  4. Under Report, click the Meeting ID or Recording ID link to get the attendance report for the meeting or recording.

  5. To download the report in comma separated value (CSV) format, on the Meeting Attendance Report page or on the Recording Attendance Report page, click the Download CSV link.
