About the Business Contact Manager toolbar

Business Contact Manager for Outlook has its own toolbar. Installing Business Contact Manager for Outlook does not change your Outlook toolbar settings.

You can drag the toolbar for Business Contact Manager for Outlook along any edge of the Outlook window.

Status

View and change your online or offline status, if you are connected to a shared database on a remote computer.

Create Time Entry

Create time entries from appointments, phone logs, and tasks for yourself or team members, through integration with your accounting system.

Mark Billable

Mark an appointment, phone log, or task as billable, through integration with your accounting system.

Note: You cannot delete the Business Contact Manager toolbar.

You can also access Business Contact Manager for Outlook features from within other Microsoft Office* programs. Depending on the program, Business Contact Manager for Outlook features appear on the Ribbon, which is part of the Microsoft Office Fluent user interface, in the Business Contact Manager group, or on a Business Contact Manager toolbar.

*The stand-alone edition of Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager can be used with the 2007 or 2003 versions of Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Word. The options to link to a Business Contact Manager record and create a Marketing Campaign from Office 2003 programs are not available.
