Start a chat from the People list

You can also use the People list to start a chat.

  1. Tap People Image of the People tab in Kaizala, and then select or search for a Kaizala contact to start a chat.

  2. If any of your contacts aren't on Kaizala yet, tap Invite to send them an invitation to get them started.

Link with your Microsoft 365 account

Kaizala lets you communicate with lots of people, not just your contacts. To chat with others from your organization who aren’t your contacts, link your Microsoft 365 work account.

  1. Tap Profile > Linked Accounts > Work Account > Get Started.

  2. Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account.

This is where you can find other organizations, which is especially helpful if you regularly communicate with people inside and outside your organization. For instance, you might be signed into one organization and a member of another. Both will show under linked accounts. Clicking on an account shows your relationship to that organization, which the account admin controls.

Invite contacts who are not on Kaizala

You can chat with any of your contacts, even those who are not yet on Kaizala. To invite them:

  1. Tap People Image of the People tab in Kaizala, and then scroll down to Other Contacts.

  2. Locate the contact you want to invite, and then tap Invite > Send.

The contact will receive an SMS message that includes a link to install the Kaizala app.
