When you try to recover deleted items from Outlook you get the following error:
Outlook was unable to recover some or all of the items in this folder. Make sure you have the required permissions to recover items in this folder, and try again. If the problem persists, contact your administrator
Note: This only occurs with Office 365 Cloud.
The server side issue has been fixed. Please restart Outlook to avoid this error the next time you try to recover deleted items from Outlook.
