Easily create a new business contact by searching for business contacts from your phone or from LinkedIn.
Install the Outlook Customer Manager iOS App
Search for the Outlook Customer Manager app on the AppStore and install the app on your iPhone.
Search and create a business contact
Navigate to the Contacts tab on the Outlook Customer Manager iOS app.
Tap on the search icon on the top corner.
Type a person's name to search LinkedIn. You can also type the person's company name to filter your results.
Search results are displayed in a list and you can scroll to find the correct person.
Tap the search result to view the details, then tap the check mark in the top right corner to create the contact.
Outlook Customer Manager mobile app for iOS gives you quick access to customer information when you're on-the-go, or want to capture new information quickly.
On the Today page, you'll see a list of upcoming commitments and meetings from your Outlook calendar so you stay on top of what's important.
Tap the Add button to create a follow-up task, a new business contact, company, or a deal to track a new sales opportunity.
By scanning a business card, you can automatically add a new business contact.
Business contacts are shared with your team so everyone is on the same page.
Navigate to Contacts to see all your business contacts and companies.
Tap on the contact to see his details as well as a timeline that automatically lists all the interactions with him including emails and meetings.
You can also add business contacts from your phone address book as well as directly from LinkedIn.
Customer information publicly available from LinkedIn will be automatically added.
