Video: Manage tasks and automatic reminders in Outlook Customer Manager

Keep track of reminders through Outlook tasks in Outlook Customer Manager.

Add a task

  1. Select an email to view information about the contact in the Outlook Customer Manager pane to the right of the reading pane.

  2. Add a task by selecting New Task next to the Task List for that contact.

  3. Fill in the details and then select Create.

Navigate to task list

  1. Select the More button on the Outlook navigation pane and then select Add-ins to view the detailed view in Outlook Customer Manager.

  2. Select Today on the top right of the screen to view a list of all active tasks.

  3. Mark any task as complete using the checkbox next to the task.
