  1. Select a cell in your table.

  2. Select Insert > PivotChart PivotChart option on the ribbon .

  3. Select OK.

  1. Select a cell in your table.

  2. Select PivotTable Tools > Analyze > PivotChart PivotChart option on the ribbon .

  3. Select a chart.

  4. Select OK.
