Apply a theme to quickly format an entire document and give it a modern, professional look.
Choose a theme
Select Design > Themes.
Hover over a theme to see how it would look in your document, and select the theme you want.
Choose a style
You can also choose a new style if you want.
On the Design tab, choose a new Style. Click More to see all options.
Change the theme colors
Select Design > Colors.
Point to a color to see how it will look in your document, and select a color scheme.
Change the theme fonts
Select Design > Fonts.
Point to a font to see how it will look in your document, and select a font.
