Using the Content Pane

You use the Content pane to perform basic functions, such as showing files at a meeting, switching among files, and taking specific actions on the current file.

The secondary command bar in the Content pane allows you to use other content features of Office Live Meeting Web Access. For more information, see Locking and Unlocking the Content Pane and Displaying a Content Slideshow.

You can use the Manage Content window to access all of these content functions and more in a more visual, centralized interface. For more information, see Using the Manage Content Window.

If you want attendees to be able to use the Content pane to show, reorder, delete, and review files, as well as to print them to an Adobe Acrobat file (PDF), you must set the appropriate permissions for them. For more information, see Managing Meetings and Attendees.
