Updating a form template title and description

You can change a form template title and add a description after you import the form into a Lists tool. The form template description is intended mainly for Lists tool designers, and can be read only by workspace members who have access to the Designer.

  1. Enter the Designer.

  2. Click the form template you want to change.

  3. Click the About tab.

  4. If you want, type a new title for the form in the Name text box.

    Tip: To see this new name referenced in the Form Template, click another tab in the Designer.

  5. Enter text to describe the form in the Description text box.
