Can I get a copy of my billing statement sent via email?

Yes. Do get your billing statement as an email attachment, use the following steps:

  1. In the Office 365 admin center, go to the Billing notifications page, or choose Billing > Billing notifications.

  2. Under Do you want to receive the billing statement as an email attachment?, switch the toggle to On.

    You can stop receiving the billing statement emails at any time by switching the toggle to Off.

  1. On the Bills page, choose a month and a year, and then choose Show.

Why don't I see any bills?

If you have only trial subscriptions or if you used a prepaid product key that you bought at a retail store or from an Office 365 partner, you won't have any bills.
