Billing support is provided in English from 9 AM–5 PM (9 AM–6 PM in Australia), Monday–Friday.
Technical support is provided in English 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you need to talk to someone about Office 365 for your business, you can contact support or work with a consultant.

Contact Office 365 support

  1. Sign in with your Office 365 email address and password and choose Admin.

  2. Choose Need help? in the lower right, and type your question. You'll see a suggested support article.

  3. If your question isn't answered, choose No, and then choose Let Us Call You.

  4. Enter or verify your phone number, and then choose Call me.

    A support representative will call you within a few minutes.

Work with a consultant

If you have a larger project or problem and would like to speak with a consultant, consider a Microsoft solution provider:

  1. Go to microsoft.com/solution-providers.

  2. Enter the product you want help with, your organization size, and your country or region, and then choose Go.

  3. Select up to three providers, and then choose Contact Selected Providers.

  4. Enter a more detailed message about what you're looking for, add your contact information, and then choose Send.

    A provider should respond within 72 hours.

If you need to talk to someone about Office 365 for your business, you can contact support or work with a consultant. Let’s take a look at both.

Sign in to Office.com with your work email and choose Admin.

In the lower-right corner, choose Need help? Describe the problem, like adding a domain name from another provider. And you see a suggested support article, but it’s one you’ve already read. Choose No, then Let Us Call You. Type or verify your phone number, then Call me.

You’ll receive a call in a few minutes from a support representative who will assist you with Office 365.

If you need help with a much bigger project and prefer to work with an Office 365 consultant, visit microsoft.com/solution-providers. Enter a product, like SharePoint, and search in Partners. Add your organization size, and country. Then Go. Select up to three providers, then Contact Selected Providers. Provide more details about your project. Then enter your contact information. And Send. Then OK.

You’ll get a response within 72 hours, and you can discuss your Office 365 needs with a Microsoft solution provider.
