Show the Office Clipboard

  1. Click Home if you're not already there.

  2. Click the launcher in the lower-right corner of the Clipboard group.

  3. The Clipboard opens:

  4. When you're done, click the X in the upper-right corner of the pane to close the Clipboard, or click the arrow and click Close.

  • You can store 24 graphics or pieces of text in the Clipboard. To do that, select the text or graphic and press Ctrl+C to copy or Ctrl+X to cut.

  • To paste a stored graphic or text into your document, choose a location, then go to the Clipboard and click the item you want to use.

  • When you have the Clipboard open, it will store items you copy or cut in other Office programs.

  • You can set the Clipboard to appear whenever you copy or cut more than one item. To do that, click Options at the bottom of the Clipboard pane, then click Show Office Clipboard Automatically.
