Learn more about using advanced recipient search

You can use the advanced search feature to filter users by using different recipient properties. You can search for users by using one or more of the following properties:

  • Alias

  • Display name

  • Department

  • Email addresses

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Recipient types

You can also add conditions to help with your search. Just click More options and then click Add a condition. Select a condition and specify a value for it. You can one or more conditions.

If you use more than one recipient property, a combination of recipient properties and conditions, or more than one condition, the search will return only the recipients that match all the properties and conditions used. In other words, each recipient property or condition is connected with the Boolean operator AND.
