Invite people to a meeting in Teams

To invite people to a meeting in a channel, click Meet now Meet now button beneath your compose box. Click someone in the meeting roster to let them know a meeting has started, or use the search bar to invite other team members.

To invite people to a scheduled meeting, click Meetings Meetings button on the left side of the app, and then click Schedule a meeting. In the New meeting dialog box, use the Invite people box to search for and invite people.

When you schedule a meeting in the desktop or web app, you can use the scheduling assistant to see the times when everyone is free.

When you're in a meeting, you can see the people who were invited but haven't joined. To send someone a reminder to join the meeting, tap their profile picture and choose Call in to the meeting.

If you're in a meeting, you can also tap Add people Add team icon. to add someone who was previously not invited.
