How to get Outlook.com support

If you need help or support, you can use the Help button in Outlook.com.

  1. Sign in to Outlook.com using a PC or Mac.

    Notes: 

  2. At the top of the page, select The Help Menu button .

  3. Enter your question or issue in the Help box, and then select Get help.

  4. If self-help is not available for your issue, follow the prompts to submit your ticket to an Outlook.com support agent. We'll contact you via email.
