Get help from Microsoft Support Services

Get personalized answers from Microsoft support professionals. Support options include phone, chat, or e-mail assistance. You can go directly to the Microsoft Office Support home page and select one of the support options at the bottom of the page, or do the following in these Microsoft Office programs.

  1. Go to the Access Help Center.

  2. At the bottom of the page, click Contact Us.

  1. Type Contact Support in the Tell me what you want to do box.

  2. Click Contact Support.

  1. Go to the OneNote Help Center.

  2. At the bottom of the page, click Contact Us.

  • Click File > Support > Contact Support.

  1. Type Contact Support in the Tell me what you want to do box.

  2. Click Contact Support.

  1. Go to the Project Help Center.

  2. At the bottom of the page, click Contact Us.

  1. Go to the Publisher Help Center.

  2. At the bottom of the page, click Contact Us.

  1. Go to the Visio Help Center.

  2. At the bottom of the page click Contact Us.

  1. Type Contact Support in the Tell me what you want to do box.

  2. Click Contact Support.

  • Click File > Account > About (name of application) > Tech Support.

  1. Click File > Help > Contact Us > Get Started.

  2. Type your question into the Virtual Assistant text box, and click the arrow. If necessary, the Virtual Assistant will ask you follow-up questions. You can connect to a live support person at any time.
