Find Help articles in Teams

To access Help, click your profile picture on the left side of the app and select Help. In the chat that opens, ask T-Bot a question or use the tabs at the top to browse Help, watch help videos, or read the latest release notes.

Another option is to head to the command box at the top of Teams, type /help, then ask a question. T-Bot opens and answers your question.
