Enable or disable external services such as Bing Translator

Warning:  Enabling external services could allow users to send data outside your country.

As an admin, you can control whether or not you want to let people in your organization use external services, such as Bing Translator, to translate documents on your site.

Many users find the translation features useful. However, the translation cloud service may be located outside your country. If you do not want users to send content to a translation cloud service, you may keep these features disabled. To make your site compliant with a specific set of standards, you may not want to have site users accessing external services. In this case, you can turn off access to external services.
