Delete a group form created in Teams

If you created a group form in Microsoft Teams and want to delete it, you'll need to do it from forms.office.com. Here's how.

  1. In your web browser, go to forms.office.com.

  2. Sign in with your Microsoft 365 school or work credentials.

  3. Select Group forms > Recent group forms.

  4. Select the group that has the form you want to delete.

  5. Find the form you want to delete, and then select More options More options button .

  6. Select Delete.

  7. Select Continue.
