ISSUE

After installing the September 12, 2017 update for Excel 2016 (KB 4011050), dark borders may appear around rows or cells in Excel spreadsheets when you enter text.

STATUS: FIXED

This issue is fixed in the KB 4011165 update, released on September 12, 2017. If you have KB 4011050 installed, you do not need to uninstall this before installing KB 4011165.
