How do I change my domain?
Step 1: Cancel your existing domain
Go to premium.outlook.com and sign in.
Under Your subscription, select Manage subscription.
Select Stop using your domain and use Outlook.com Premium without a personalized email address.
Step 2: Choose a new domain.
Under Choose your personalized email address, select Get Started.
If you purchased your previous domain through Microsoft less than three days ago, you can choose another domain for free (you can only do this once). Enter the custom email address you want to use, and select Next.
If it's been more than three days since you purchased your domain through Microsoft, you can purchase a domain from another provider like GoDaddy to use with Outlook.com Premium. Select Use a domain you already own.

I don't see an option to cancel my domain, or I can't choose a new domain
