SharePoint Workspace supports using alternate calendars in a 2010 Calendar tool. Note, however, that unlike in Microsoft Outlook, the Calendar tool does not provide features for selecting alternate calendars. Instead, you must select alternate calendars in the Windows operating system.
The SharePoint Workspace Calendar tool interprets and displays dates in alternate calendar formats, with the following exceptions:

If the Hijri or Advanced Hijri calendar is selected, the Calendar tool interprets and displays dates according to the Transliterated English Gregorian calendar.

If the Hebrew calendar is selected, the Calendar tool interprets and displays dates according to the localized Hebrew Gregorian calendar.
