Video: View and color-code calendars on an iPhone or iPad

In Outlook, you can see a list of your appointments, or switch to day or week view. You can also view and color code multiple calendars.

Access the calendar

  1. Tap Calendar.

  2. Tap Agenda to see a list of all appointments.

    Note: You can select Day view or 3-Day view.

  3. Tap Day to see appointments for the day.

    Note: You can also swipe back and forth to switch between days or weeks.

  4. To get to a new month, tap Agenda and swipe down on the month.

  5. Tap Up UP to take you back to today.

  6. Tap Menu Menu and then tap any calendar you don't want to see.

  7. Tap Options next to a calendar to change its color.

To access the Calendar, tap the Calendar icon on the bottom of the screen.

The first thing that you can do is the change the view.

At the top of the screen, tap Agenda to see a list of all your appointments.

Switching to Day will show you just today, however, you can swipe back and forth to move between days.

It defaults to Week, however, you can also swipe back and forth to switch between weeks.

The quickest way to get to a new month is to tap Agenda and swipe down on the month.

From here, you can swipe back and forth between all the months, choose a day, and swipe back and forth from there to navigate between days in that month.

There's a small gray arrow at the bottom righthand side of the screen.

Tapping that will immediately you back to today.

From there, you can tap on a different view, for example, week.

If you're wondering what calendars you're looking at, and what those different colors stand for, tap the three horizontal lines on the top lefthand side of the screen, and you can tap on and off any calendar that you don't want to see, and you can tap the icon to the right of the title to change the color of it.
