Important Access Services 2010 and Access Services 2013 are being removed from the next release of SharePoint. We recommend you do not create new web apps, and migrate your existing apps to an alternative platform, such as Microsoft Power Apps. You can share Access data with Dataverse, which is a cloud database upon which you can build Power Platform apps, Automate workflows, Virtual Agents, and more for the web, phone, or tablet. You don’t set permissions on an Access app directly. Instead, you set permissions on the SharePoint site where you create the Access app. This video shows you how to set permissions on the site where your app was created, assuming you don’t need to create another site first.
If you already created an app and now you want to set different permissions for the app than for the site where you created it, follow these steps:
