You can double-click any file attachment to open it, provided you have an application that supports the file type. You can save updates you make to the file into a new file, but you cannot synchronize changes you make to a file attachment in the workspace.

  1. Point at a file attachment to display a paper clip icon.

  2. Click the paper clip to open File Attachment menu.
