Use keyboard shortcuts in Word for iPhone

When you use an external keyboard with Word for iPhone, you can take advantage of keyboard shortcuts, like you do on a PC. For example, in Windows, to paste text into an Office document, you press Ctrl+V; on the iPhone, you press Command+V.

Notes:

  • To move to the ribbon at the top of the page, place the cursor on a button and then press Shift+Right Arrow or Shift+Left Arrow.

  • To activate a button, press Control+Option+Spacebar.
