I am unable to use a standard QuickBooks shortcut to enter migrated subaccounts into Microsoft Office Accounting forms.
In QuickBooks, to enter subaccounts into forms, you are able to type the first few letters of the account name plus a colon (:) and scroll to its subaccounts. This shortcut is not available in Accounting.
To enter subaccounts into forms in Accounting, click the arrow next to the field name, and then do one of the following:
Scroll to select the desired account or subaccount name or number.
Type the first few letters of the account name, and then scroll to select the desired account or subaccount.
