Timesheets aren't appearing for my acceptance or approval


You cannot see any of the timesheets in Microsoft Office Project Web Access that you are responsible for accepting or approving.


The resource or others in the approval chain must specify you as the next person in the chain in order for a timesheet to appear in your list of timesheets.


Check to see if you have unsubmitted timesheets. If you do, request that they be submitted.

  1. On the Quick Launch, under Approvals, click Timesheet.

  2. On the Timesheet Approvals page, click Settings, and then select Filter to display timesheets.

  3. In the filter area of the Timesheet Approvals page, click My Resources Unsubmitted Timesheets.

  4. Select the date or resource filter options, or both, for the timesheet type.

  5. Click Apply to view the timesheets that should have been submitted to you and have not yet been sent.
