You can start a wide variety of activities with any contact you have listed in your contact list in the Launchbar or in the member list of a workspace.
Do any of the following to start activities:
Point at any contact or member name.
A contact card opens that contains details about the contact, and options for starting activities such sending e-mails, instant messages, and invitations to a meeting.
Right-click the contact to see a context menu.
Double-click the contact.
If you are logged in to Office Communicator, a new conversation window opens. If you are not logged in to Office Communicator, a Send Message window opens instead.
