Cause: The account that you want to synchronize is not selected in the Sync Services preferences.
Solution: Set the Sync Services preferences to include the account that you want to synchronize.
On the Tools tab, click Sync Services.
Select the Turn on Sync Services for contacts check box.
Under Select the accounts to sync, choose the account or accounts that you want to sync for the selected item type.
Note: The On My Computer account includes all Outlook items that are not synchronized with a Microsoft Exchange account.
Close the Sync Services dialog box, and then on the confirmation message, click OK.
Cause: Sync Services cannot synchronize some items.
Solution: Do not try to synchronize delegated or shared address books.
Sync Services can synchronize only contacts on your computer. Sync Services does not synchronize delegated or shared address books. Sync Services is not used to synchronize e-mail folders or messages.
