Show or hide the PayPal Payments button in e-mail messages

With PayPal Payments, you have the option to include a PayPal Payments button in invoices that you send by e-mail. To turn the PayPal Payments button on and off, use the button in Microsoft Office Word.

In Microsoft Office Word 2007

  1. Right-click an invoice in the Invoice List, point to E-Mail and then click one of the following:

    • In Message Body

    • As Word Attachment

  2. In the Select Word Templates dialog box, select the template you want to use for your invoice and then click Select.

  3. If necessary, open the Office Word file from the Microsoft Office Outlook message.

  4. On the Add-Ins tab, click Show/Hide Button.

In Microsoft Office Word 2003 or Word 2002

  1. Right-click an invoice in the Invoice List, point to E-Mail and then click In Message Body.

  2. In the Select Word Templates dialog box, select the template you want to use for your invoice and then click Select.

  3. On the PayPal toolbar, click Show/Hide Button.
