When you use the Conferencing Add-in for Microsoft Office Outlook messaging and collaboration client, invitations to Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007 meetings are automatically copied to your Office Outlook calendar. If you use an Exchange Server for your e-mail and you share your Outlook calendar, people who have access to your calendar might be able to see your Office Live Meeting requests.
Live Meeting meetings are handled in the same way as other items on your shared calendar. The contents of public items can be viewed by anyone with Read access to your calendar. If you do not specifically mark a Live Meeting on your calendar as a private item, people with Read access to your calendar can see meeting information (for example, meeting ID, meeting key, and phone number). If a Live Meeting request is encrypted, it cannot be viewed on a shared calendar.
Important: A person who is granted Read permission to access your folders can use programmatic methods or other e-mail applications to view details in a private item. Share your calendar only with people you trust. Also, delegate access functionality is not available; Live Meeting meetings and conference calls must be modified by the calendar owner, for changes to take effect.
