Share information in Outlook Customer Manager

Outlook Customer Manager allows you to share contacts and companies with the rest of your team. All shared items are placed into a shared group called Outlook Customer Manager. Every member of that group will automatically see the shared items on their contacts, companies, and deals pages.

Sharing a contact or a company

You can mark a contact or a company as shared from the item's detail pane.

  1. Choose a contact or a company to open the item.

  2. Choose View Details to open the details pane for the item.

  3. Move the slider under Share contact or Share company to Yes, then choose Save.

    Note: When you share an item, any files attached to the item won't be shared. You can copy those files manually and share them with the rest of your sales team.
