Specify sounds to play on hold
If your company has enabled it (that is, the selection won’t be grayed out), you can choose any other audio file, such as music or a recorded announcement, to play when you place callers on hold.
-
View Ringtones and Sounds options, and then select the Play music on hold check box.
-
Click Browse to specify any WMA or WAV format sound file on your computer to play while your callers are on hold.
