Send e-mail

To send e-mail to someone on your Contacts list

  1. In the Contacts list, click the name of the contact that you want to send e-mail to.

  2. Click Send E-mail.

  3. Enter the Subject, click the message body area, and then enter your message.

  4. When you are done, do one of the following:

    • Click Send to send the e-mail message.

    • Click Edit > Save in Drafts to send the e-mail message later.

To send e-mail to someone who is not on your Contacts list

  1. Click Menu > Find/Add Contact.

  2. Click Find by Display Name, and then click one of the search options

  3. Enter the first name, last name, e-mail address, or display name of the person you are searching for, and then click Find.

  4. In Search Result(s), click the name of the person that you want to send e-mail to.

  5. Click Send E-mail.

  6. Enter the Subject, click the message body area, and then enter your message.

  7. When you are done, do one of the following:

    • Click Send to send the e-mail message.

    • Click Edit > Save in Drafts to send the e-mail message later.
