Save a form as a Web page

When filling out a form, you can save it as a Single File Web Page (MHTML) by using the Export to Web feature. The MHTML format allows other users to view your form in a Web browser, but it does not allow them to edit the data in the form.

  1. Open the form that you want to save as a Web page.

  2. If there are multiple views of the form, switch to the view that you want to save.

  3. On the File menu, point to Export To, and then click Web.

  4. In the Export to Web dialog box, select the location where you want to save the form.

  5. In the File name box, type a name for the form, and then click Export.

  6. Repeat the preceding steps for each view of the form that you want to save as a Web page.
