Run a report or print your Business Contact Manager data

Business Contact Manager for Outlook includes several pre-defined reports, such as Best-Selling Products and Overdue Project Tasks, that you can create with just a few clicks. Use reports to review and analyze just the business data that you want.

Any report can be opened from any of the workspaces.

  1. In the Navigation Pane, under Business Contact Manager, click one of the following folders to display the workspace:

    • Contact Management.

    • Sales.

    • Marketing.

    • Project Management.

  2. On the Ribbon, click the Reports tab.

  3. Click the record type of the report, and then click the report.

Note: In most cases, especially in the case of individual records, the best way to print the record is to create a report, and then print it.
