Ribbon Reference Guide for OneNote for Windows 10

Home

  • Choose font, font size, and font style

  • Create To Do lists with check boxes

Insert

  • Add tables, pictures, or files to notes

  • Add a hyperlink

Draw

  • Draw freehand in your notes with touch, a mouse, or a pen

  • Change ink color, highlight notes, and erase ink strokes

View

  • Add ruled lines or grid lines to your notes

  • Zoom in or out of your notes

  • View your notes at 100%
