Restore an Outlook appointment, e-mail message, or task that was linked to a Business Contact Manager record

If you have deleted a link to an Outlook appointment, e-mail message, or task in Business Contact Manager for Outlook, you can TE000129571 it by moving the item out of the Business Contact Manager Deleted Items folder.

  1. In the Navigation pane, under Business Contact Manager, click Deleted Items.

  2. In the Deleted Items list, right-click the TE000129541 that you want to restore, and the click Move to Folder.

  3. In the Move Items dialog box, click Communication History, and then click OK.

Note: If you have deleted the appointment, e-mail message, or task that was linked to the record, and emptied the Outlook Deleted Items folder, you will not be able to restore the original Outlook item. However, the data is available to you in a Business Activity form. For more information about the Outlook Deleted Items folder, see Empty the Deleted Items folder.

Tip: To restore deleted Outlook items that are not associated with Business Contact Manager for Outlook records, open the Outlook Deleted Items folder which is shown in the Folder List under All Outlook Items.
