Report filter options: Transaction History

You can use the Select Filter Options dialog box in the Transaction History report to view report data by void status.

Open the dialog box

  1. Open a document from a list (for example, a sales order, invoice, purchase order, or vendor bill).

  2. On the Actions menu, click Transaction History, and then click Filter Options on the toolbar.

Select a filter from the Select filter option box to display the options in the Filter options box.

To reset a filter option to its default setting, click Clear.

Dialog box options

The dialog box contains the following options.




Default status displays all entries. Select Hide if you do not want to view voided entries in the report.
