Report filter options: Inventory Stock Status by Item

Available in Microsoft Office Accounting Professional 2009 only.

You can use the Select Filter Options dialog box in the Inventory Stock Status by Item report to view your report data by active status, date, item name and type, item group, or balance on hand.

Open the dialog box

  • On the Reports menu, point to Inventory, click Inventory Stock Status by Item, and then click Filter Options on the toolbar.

Select filter options

  1. Select a filter from the Select filter option box to display the options in the Filter options box.

  2. After selecting a filter option, click Apply if you want to select another option.

  3. When you are finished, click OK.

If you want to reset a selected filter option to its default setting, click Clear.

Dialog box options

The dialog box contains the following options.

Option

Description

Active Status

Default status includes all active items. Select All if you want to display all items in the report or Inactive if you want to display only inactive items.

As Of

Click the arrow next to As of to select a date option. You can also type a specific date in the Date field, or click the arrow next to Date to open the calendar.

Item

Default status is All Inventory Items. Click Show Selected to filter by specific items.

Item group

Default status includes all item groups. Click Show Selected to filter by specific item groups.

On Hand Balance

Default status includes all on-hand balances. Select one of the options, and then type a balance amount to limit the on-hand balances displayed.
