You can print an individual email message or any view of your calendar—with or without a detailed agenda—in Outlook.com.
Print an email message in Outlook.com
Select the message that you want to print.
On the command bar at the top of the screen, choose More > Print.
Note: Your message will open in a new window, and the Print dialog box will open on top of the message.
In the Print dialog box, select the printer options you want, choose Print, and then close the window.
Print your calendar in Outlook.com
You can print a calendar view—or an agenda or a task—in Outlook.com.
Choose the Day, Work week, Week, or Month view in the upper-right corner of the Outlook.com window.
On the command bar, choose Print.
Notes: The selected calendar is previewed. If you want to preview a different calendar, make a new selection in the View box.
Depending on which calendar you're viewing, you might be able to change the layout and time span to print. Different calendars present you with different options. And the Print detailed agenda and calendar option is available for every calendar.
In the Print dialog box, choose the options you want, and then choose Print.
