Unlike PowerPoint for the desktop, PowerPoint Online doesn’t have a way to print your speaker notes. However, there are two ways you can print them if you absolutely need to. You can do a print screen from your browser, or if you have desktop PowerPoint, you can open your presentation and print your speaker notes there.
Print your notes from your browser
At the bottom, right corner of PowerPoint Online, click Notes . What you do next depends on which browser you are using.
In Internet Explorer, click Settings > Print > Print Preview.
Note: Set any options you want to control how your notes and slides print.
Click Print > Print.
In Firefox, click Firefox > Print > Print Preview.
Set any options you want to control how your notes and slides print, and then click Print .
In Chrome, in the upper, right corner, click Customize and Control Google Chrome .
Note: There are options that you can set in Print Preview to control how your notes and slides print, and then click Print .
Print your notes from desktop PowerPoint
In PowerPoint Online, click Open in PowerPoint.
In desktop PowerPoint, on the File tab, click Print.
Under Settings, go to Full Page Slides, then under Print Layout, click Notes Pages.
Pick any other print settings, such as how many copies you want, and then click Print.
Note: Notes Pages layout prints one slide per page, with speaker notes below.
