Print outline

You can print the outline, speaker notes, or handouts of your presentation as a useful reference for meetings or editing sessions. The outline prints only the text in the slides, without images. The notes of a presentation shows the slide and the related speaker notes below it. If you choose to print handouts of your presentation, you can print several slides on one page using a variety of templates, sometimes with space for note-taking.
