Print notes from OneNote on your iPhone or iPad

Printing notes from OneNote on your iPhone or iPad is possible by sending yourself a copy of selected notes in email, and then printing them from your preferred email client.

iPad

  1. In any notebook, navigate to the page you want to print.

  2. In the upper-right, tap the Share icon (outline of a person with a plus sign) and then tap Email Page.

  3. Enter your own email address in the To field, and then tap Send.

  4. In your preferred email client, open the message with the notes attachment, and then print the notes.

iPhone

  1. In any notebook, navigate to the page you want to print.

  2. In the upper left, tap the More icon ( ... ) and then tap Email Page.

  3. Enter your own email address in the To field, and then tap Send.

  4. In your preferred email client, open the message with the notes attachment, and then print the notes.
