Print emails showing Bcc recipients

You can use the Windows Snipping Tool to grab and print an image of an email you sent that includes one or more Bcc (blind carbon copy) recipients.

  1. In Outlook, go to the Sent Items folder, and open the email message that you want to print.

Tip: Don't see the recipients that you included in the Bcc box when you composed the message? Go to Show, hide, and view the Bcc box to learn how to view recipients in the Bcc box.

  2. Open the Snipping Tool, choose New, and then select the message.

  3. Choose File > Print.

Note: You can choose any available print option.

If you want to save the file, for example, you could print to PDF, add a file name, and then choose Save.
