Missing View Settings button in Outlook 2016

ISSUE

After updating to the Monthly Channel Version 1710 (8625.2121) build or higher, the View Settings button is missing.

STATUS: WORKAROUND

Microsoft is aware of this issue and working on a fix. In the meantime, you can try the following workaround:

  1. On the ribbon, click View > Change View.

  2. Right-click one of the views, such as Compact or Preview, and click View Settings.
