Once an event is over, producers can take the following actions on the recording and associated reports (if they were configured).

Note: Recordings from live events produced in Teams are currently not saved in Microsoft Stream. You can download the recording from the meeting details and upload it manually to Microsoft Stream after the event.

To manage the reports, click Calendar Meetings button , select the live event, and go to the Event resources section.

Note: Having trouble finding the live event? Currently, the Teams meetings calendar only lets you navigate backwards and forwards 15 days. Try finding the live event in your Outlook calendar and clicking Open live event instead.

  1. To download a resource, click Download next to the resource.

  2. To delete all the resources, click Delete all

    Note: If you delete the resources by mistake, you have up to seven days to restore them.

  3. Click Refresh to see the latest resources related to the live event.
